Shipping

Items are shipped free within Australia via Australia Post, via normal Parcel Post which includes tracking. Please note parcels will only be posted Monday-Friday during normal business hours

Items will be sent out within two business days.

If you require an item urgently please contact us first to ensure your item is in stock and available for quick dispatch. Due to the nature of our product, not all items are available for immediate dispatch.

Express Post is available for an additional cost of $10 flat rate per parcel

International shipping can be arranged upon request. Please contact us to make arrangements. Angela Menz will not be responsible for any extra duties, taxes or additional costs incurred to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to check for any additional costs that may arise prior to placing an order.  

If you require extra insurance please contact us to make arrangements before ordering.


FAQ

Q: I saw something I liked but I need a different colour. Can you help?

A: Some items may be available to customize to your specifications. Please get in touch via email at info@angelamenz.com and let us know what you are after.

Q: I have blonde hair, but the elastics on the hats I want are all black- can you change this to suit my hair colour?

A: No problem! Just let us know when you order and we will be happy to change the elastic over before shipping your parcel out

Q: Is there anywhere else I can see your millinery and try it on?

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All items can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. You must contact info@angelamenz.com if you wish to exchange your product. 

Return postage is at the buyers expense

Angela Menz does not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Angela Menz staff reserve the right to refuse a return if upon inspection, items are not in a new condition and with tags and labels attached. Please be extra careful with make-up when trying on millinery.

Returned items will be issued as a store credit to the customer, once the item has been received and inspected

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving you items. You will receive an email with details of the store credit

There are no returns or exchanges for custom items.

FAULTY GOODS

All goods are carefully inspected prior to being sent out.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, Angela Menz will provide a full refund, repair or exchange.
